Wi-Fi Enabled Coil Gun with iPhone App
We’ve covered loads of airsoft, nerf, and gun projects, and here’s another superb pr0ject to add to our collection. It’s a coil gun placed on a turret which is triggered via Wi-Fi. Additionally, it uses remote targeting and shooting through an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

It was built by a few engineering students for their final project. A video camera attached on the wooden barrel sends it’s data through an Arduino which is then routed over Wi-Fi and compatable the Apple devices. All you have to do is aim and shoot.
