Use a NES Controller on a Nintendo DS

the NES’s controller uses an IC, maybe 14 or 16 pins, I have no idea what type, I just know bucseae I’ve disassembled the controller a few times to clean it. so unless you have the means to emulate this IC or find one like it, I suggest you go find a real NES controller. they made sh*t tons of them, I can’t imagine it being too difficult to find one anywhere in north america. how to obtain nes controllers:a. find one at a flea market, garage sale, pawn shop, thrift store or any other place used items are sold. they’re extremely common.b. borrow one. ask around and I’m sure someone you know has one or two lying around in their closet or somethingc. get one on ebay. there’s thousands of em floating around on there at any given time.
