Solar Powered LED Projector
Here’s a simple, yet awesomely creative weekend project for you. Take a cheapo solar powered garden lamp and take it apart. Solder a high brightness LED to the exposed leads, attach a transparency, and you’ve built an evil “graffiti” robot of doom! Below is the image the device projects:
Basically what this consists of is simply two tubes, an LED and an image to project. Place one tube inside the other then place the LED inside the smaller tube. Adding the legs of this beast sort of makes it look like the aliens from the original War of the Worlds.
