Looks fake to me.
The print was breaking up so the ink must have been low regardless of what the ‘memory’ thought. Resetting the ‘memory’ wont magic up some ink from somewhere.

This is not recommended… that ink is there for a purpose: the printer head cant get without ink at any moment… it will be damaged if air comes inside it when it tries to print something…

This is fake there are no buttons on inkjet cartridges. The chip in the cartridge can not be reset, but some inkjet printers can be programed to ignore the cartridge chip.

Its not a button, its just a plastic support to hold on the chip housing
