POV iPhone App Writes Messages in Midair
We’ve seen plenty of persistence of vision (POV) projects using LEDs but this is the first non-LED version we’ve seen. The new Light Writer app allows you to write messages or display clipart when you wave your arm through the air. Check out some of the demo images and grab it from itunes. I got it off of installous, which gets their apps right from the app store.
I found it by searching for Light Writer, but the actual application itself is called “LED Message”. A weird name for an application that has nothing to do with LED’s in my opinion, but whatever.

They had a toy like this back in the 80′s called “air writer” it was cool then and still is now! Nice App!!
