Multiple Layer Engraving and LED Animation

Metku Mods sent us their Multiple Layer Engraving tutorial. It demonstrates how to use several layers of engraved acrylic, plus a few LEDs and timers to create the awesome effect shown in the video above. Basically, one layer has “intel” engraved on it. The next has “inside”, and yet another with the circle around both. Then, using separate LEDs for each layer, in addition to a timer, they were able to get each layer to fade in gradually, creating the famous Intel logo. Very informative tutorial, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.
