free and easy to master! use itunes. convert song by right clicking on your mouse, once converted open source file, go back to itunes, option of the song you want to convert, choose the lenght of seconds then inside itunes erase 1st song(not the converted one but the other). the you’ll see the song being shown in the source file, change the file type to m4r (r is for ringtone). then drop it into your phone!
you have free ringtones! dont pay anything for ringtones!

Or… You could just get an Android phone, and download the ringdroid app. That’s how I make my own ringtones lol.
