Previously we showed you how to screw with people who steal your wifi by inverting images and blurring their browsers. Today we’ll show you how to determine the physical location of 802.11 wireless moochers. When someone uses your network to browse the web, download illegal files, etc. they leave a trace you can follow back to their physical location.
1. Download MoocherHunter
This program does most of the work for you. MoocherHunter tracks the stream of data traffic right to the moocher’s front door.Â
2. Track those Retched Bandwidth Hogs
The program is pretty straightforward. You can actually take it on the go and it’ll track your location in relation to wifi leeches.
3. Learn More and Prosper

In California, if a user doesn’t secure their wi-fi transmitter, it’s not against the law for anyone to tap into and use that unsecured signal. If you don’t want anybody to use you signal, use your wi-fi program’s security option.
