Hack Parking Meters for Unlimited Free Hours
Joe Grand, hacker extraordinaire is at it again. This time he’s developed a way to hack the new “smart” parking meters which are beginning to show up in most major cities. By using a basic oscilloscope, he managed to analyze the prepaid cards which are used for instant payments. Then, he was able to reproduce his own cards to gain unlimited balance and therefore unlimited hours.
