Fantastic Indoor Mini-Golf Course!
We’ve seen some incredible projects built entirely out of wood, and this DIY indoor mini-golf course made entirely of wood is another to add to our collection. This incredible project is better described with pictures than words:

It was originally designed as an art exhibit to be showcased at the Milan Design Week so although it’s probably not playable, the concept and design work is just superb.

I must correct the last sentences of your post. this was made for the dutch design week 2009 in eindhoven, after this it was exhibited during the milan design week in may this year. and yes it’s fully playable, all nine courses.
