Download Paintball Turret Plans for DIY Firepower
Now, here’s a paintball turret that will level any opponent. This thing throws a barrage of 34 balls per second. We had looked at it earlier too but now the full plans for building your own are available. The full blueprint can be downloaded from the Inventgeek site. The instructions come in three high-resolution full scale formats – Printable Gif, Corel Draw and EPS (for Ponoko). The detailed plans are scaled to actual size and the availability of kits from Ponoko.com makes this an off-the-shelf project. Plus the video demos help out. The only requirement – a fair expertise in tooling skills.
Inventgeek says that the project is still experimental and some tweaking may be needed. Improvements expected are a cheaper kit available from the site.
The final look is a refined double barreled weapons platform. It can be tacked as a wired or a wireless assembly. For defending your pride or the hill, you can also sling it on your shoulders for ‘portable deployment’. Looking at the onslaught the paintball turret can pour out, you should make sure that you have a sufficient stockpile of paintball ammo.
