
With cool winter air all around your home, why not funnel it into your PC to keep it cool? Simply hook a dryer duct through a window opening and attach a fan to feed in outside air. You will also need a Scotch-Brite filter to clean the incoming air (and prevent condensation).

Yeah, there is no way that that scotchbrite pad pulls all of the moisture out of the airflow, that has bad news written all over it.

Agreed with you Brandon.. Also the quick heating of the air produces a great amount of ion discharge, which could introduce static problems too. You could duct in from a cold-air return already in most houses, or an attic..basement..etc. ANY obstruction to this airflow spells disaster for your PC, so careful planning is needed.
