DIY Halo Reach Master Chief Costume

For the enhanced Halo Reach experience this Halloween, learn how to build your own Master Chief costume. The DIY Halo Reach armor costume is made from a ream of heavy cardstock. With a total cost around $15, it’s one of the most affordable, yet detailed costumes we’ve seen.

You can download the full instructions and suit blueprints. You can then literally print the costume design directly on to the cardstock. You just have to do the cutting and the folding along the lines! It couldn’t get much more simple. A coat of aqua resin makes the costume water-proofed and strong.
