Taking a break from our typical electronics and circuitry projects, here’s a molding and carving project detailing how to make your own outdoor speaker enclosures. We’ve covered some unique speaker enclosures in the past, but this version is built custom to look like the giant stone heads on Easter Island.

The head is built around a base made of chicken wire and styrofoam blocks. Basically, you create a cylindrical frame and then mold, shape, and carve until your desired results are achieved.
