Build your own Rail Gun
A rail gun is a purely electrical gun that accelerates a conductive projectile along a pair of metal rails. The image above is an example of how the Navy recently used railgun in weapons testing. “We welcome you to read our design notes and tutorials on how to create your own rail gun. We intend through modern research papers, on Electro Magnetism, and current public research create a small portable rail gun. Our gun is merely for academic purposes only. We are also here to show you, that even if you do not have a lot of money you can have a little fun.”

Hey, I’ve been doing some calculations and research on my own but I haven’t been able to come up with a good design, I’ve been considering the addition of neodynium magnets. Could you send me more info on how to build a railgun?
