The Arduino Mega is based on the ATmega1280 and has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, 128 KB of flash memory, USB connection, an ICSP header, and a reset button. Le Mega Arduino est basé sur le ATmega1280 et dispose de 54 entrées numériques / broches de sortie (dont 14 peuvent être utilisés comme sorties PWM), 16 entrées analogiques, 4 UART (matérielle des ports série), un oscillateur à quartz 16 MHz, 128 Ko de flash mémoire, connexion USB, l'ICSP tête, et un bouton de réinitialisation. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller – simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. Il contient tout le nécessaire pour soutenir le microcontrôleur - il suffit de connecter à un ordinateur avec un câble USB ou de la puissance avec un AC-to-DC ou de la batterie pour démarrer. The Mega is fully compatible with most shields designed for the Arduino Duemilanove or Diecimila. Of course, it can be powered via USB connection or DC power adapter and has a resettable polyfuse that protect the computer from overcurrent or a short. it worked quite well, but the text “hello world” was quite flickery, the poor thing just didn't have the same speed as the AVR based arduino (admittedly, I dont know the set up of the code, but I was only able to scan one LED at a time – in the same fashion as pixels on a TV). il travaille très bien, mais le texte "Bonjour le monde" est tout à fait flickery, chose que les pauvres n'avaient tout simplement pas la même vitesse que l'AVR basée Arduino (certes, je ne sais pas la mise en place du code, mais je n'ai pu pour numériser une LED à la fois - de la même manière que les pixels sur un téléviseur).
anyway, I'm defiantly going to have to get my hands on an arduino soon. de toute façon, je suis en cours de défi d'avoir à obtenir mes mains sur un Arduino bientôt.
